Has details (from both a user and developer view) on the MP3 ID3 tag and extensions to it. Some technical details on the MP3 format itself are also given. The ID3 tag is what allows the title, artist, album, year, genre and a comment field to be attached to audio files. This site is attempting to set up a new ID3 like tagging standard.
