Color Configuration |
PPWIZARD can display its output in color, you can configure these values with the /ColorCfg switch or through these environment variables:
Note that a black background has been assumed when defining the default colors, if you use a different color you may wish to alter the defaults. Different operating systems and computer monitors may also display colors differently enough to need adjustment.
The CTEXT Color Codes |
For PPWIZARD to use CTEXT color codes (in Windows NT, 2000 and XP only), the program must be in the PPWIZARD program directory. To see a list of available color codes from a command line type "ctext.exe", as this is an invalid command line it will display some basic help, a list of the basic codes:
The ANSI Color Codes |
In ANSI mode the codes are sent directly to the console, so this actually can support any sequences of characters required to set colors and not just ANSI (although all colors would require reconfiguration as this defaults to ANSI). The basic ANSI codes are:
