Microsoft Tools

To be honest in general I try to avoid Microsoft tools as most of them are riddled with limitations if not bugs, however there are some great exceptions:

• ScriptoMatic (WMI test tool)
• SNMPUTIL.exe (command line SNMP tool)
• SysInternals' Tools
  • AccessChk.exe - Reports effective permissions for securable objects
  • Handle.exe - Displays information about open handles

• Windows Commands ("built in")

Also any tool by SysInternals is likely to be high quality and useful.
