ReplaceCurlyHexCodes()

This is an inbuilt function function provided by PPWIZARD.

This function takes a single parameter (the string) and will return a new string where any strings of the form "{xXX}" have been replaced (where '??' is a valid 2 character hexadecimal code, x00 to xFF).
