PadString()

This is an inbuilt function function provided by PPWIZARD.

This function will generate a padded string, it can center or left or right justify a string.

The function takes 3 parameters:

  1. The string to be padded (never truncated if wanted length too short).

  2. The length of the new string.

  3. A single character (for Left, Right or Center).
