BeepsAllow()

This is an inbuilt function function provided by PPWIZARD.

This function (like the /beep switch on the command line) can be used to turn use of beeps on or off.

This function takes a single parameter whose value should be "Y" or "N".

Note that the previous value is returned by this function.
