Dependency Walker

This is a free tool which can be downloaded from "http://www.dependencywalker.com/". It can show you dependent DLLs as well as what the object exports.

The following is an example of what a DLL created with the "TryMeDllCustomAction.MM" sample (with a single exported function) looks like in this tool:
