Switch /AddressCmdTrace[:How]

This is a PPWIZARD command line switch.

This switch can be used to simplify debugging of problems (particularly in WIN95, WIN98 or WINME) when the AddressCmd() routine is used to execute external commands.

If the "How" value is "" then tracing is off otherwise the command being executed is displayed as well as the return code. If the "How" value contains "p" (for "pause") execution is halted until any key is pressed.

Trace output will not be generated if debug mode is on however the "pause" feature will still work.
