Switch /Inc2Cache[:YesOrNo]

This is a PPWIZARD command line switch.

This switch can be used to override the way PPWIZARD includes files. This would not normally be required as PPWIZARD is likely to choose a good way.

If the "YesOrNo" parameter is not specified then it defaults to "Y", otherwise one of the following values is expected:

Loading the files to cache will of course require more memory than you'd otherwise require.
