The "Transform" Command

This command indicates that a windows installer transform should be created. It can only be used once as the transform is scheduled for creation when the "/Msi" command is encountered (processed).

This command currently requires that you have first used the "TEMPLATE" parameter on the "Msi" command. It may or may not capture any merge module changes (made with MergeModule depending on its positioning).
