BoxOver uses javascript / DHTML to show tooltips on a website. Implementation of the tooltips, however, requires no knowledge of DHTML or javascript. |

overLIB |

overLIB is a JavaScript library created to enhance websites with small popup information boxes (tooltips/hover help) to help visitors around your website. It will provide the user with information about what will happen before they click on a link as well as navigational help. Not to mention it looks cool. :) It's created from an original idea by myself (Erik Bosrup). Note that the "TITLE" attribute can do a lot of this for modern browsers however this JavaScript library gives you a title and formatting options. Of course it won't work where JavaScript is turned off but they do remain up unlike normal "TITLE" tooltips which only stay up for a while. Note that I have created a PPWIZARD add-on (called OVERLIB) to simplify the creation of the tooltips.

Bubble Tooltips are an easy way to add (via a bit of CSS and javascript) fancy tooltips with a balloon shape to any web page. This with some of the posted code changes is probably what I'll use...

A complete listing of all URLS is available if you are having trouble locating a URL.
If you have some completely free software (no adware and without timeouts or major restrictions) which you would like listed then please email me:
This page was automatically created from Windows internet shortcuts (or favorites) created with IE or Netscape (OS/2 WPS URLs can also be imported). You can comment any link or category and just about anything can be changed (links don't even need to be in tables). PPWIZARD, a free tool for Windows, Mac OS X, Unix or OS/2 built these pages using this source code .
All URLs are checked periodically using the my free URL validation tool (for Windows and OS/2). This ensures that very few if any links point to moved pages or return 404 errors etc.
